Shipping policy

 

Note about turnaround time:
Our turnaround time will be up to 7-10 business days for ready to ship (RTS) items and 10-21 business days for customized items, though we strive to have them out faster. Shipping time is not included in this time. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create. Orders placed after 1 pm est. will not be processed until Monday.

We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged package(s0 incurred by the carrier.  Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. All shipments will include tracking and delivery information. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:   It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, if you enter the wrong shipping address, you must immediately contact us at info@royalkingdomcustoms.com We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. If an unavailable address is entered, you will be contacted to confirm. If no reply is made within 24 hours, order will be cancelled and refunded. If a package is received back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, the buyer is now responsible for the payment of the return shipping. We will hold non-returnable or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 10 days. After 10 days, the items will be donated to a local shelter.
