We ask that you please read and understand the Return Policy. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing or are having technical issues with ordering please email us at info@royalkingdomcustoms.com  Due to the nature of your product, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we shipped the incorrect item. All sales are final. Sizes on t-shirts are unisex please read product descriptions.  Gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be redeemed for cash

Cancellations                                                                                                                                                                                

If you need to cancel your order you have up to 2 hours to do so.  That way we can stop production.  Once it’s in production we will not be able to cancel your order.

Refunds / Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If you received the incorrect item as this is the only reason we will issue a refund. You must contact us at info@royalkingdomcustoms.com within 5 days of delivery. Items need to be returned before refund /exchanges will be issued. Absolutely no refunds due to ordering incorrectly. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return/exchange or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, the buyer is  responsible for the return shipping and will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  You will be notified when your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
